Layer operation

As part of the Federation's activities, a training committee was established, which deals with the development and thinking of the field of training common to all organizations and movements (NSOs and NSAS). The committee deals with mapping the educational needs of "watching Israel" without distinction between the various movements and organizations.

. Over the next few months, activities will begin to take place for the trainees of the senior class(rovers) in the various tribes, activities that  will expose the trainees to the world of the federation, international arena, acquaintance with the various movements and organizations and the Scouting tool. Each activity will be conducted by volunteers from the organizations and movements, with Jewish and Arab volunteers attending each operation.
