Circles of Coexistence

Circles of coexistence

Circles  of coexistence

As part of the Federation's  activities, there is a program of coexistence circles that brings together different youth from all organizations and sectors (NSAos/NSAs). The uniqueness of this project is the fact that the trainees have a common denominator - "Scouts". All the campers participating in this program come from Scout tribes who are founded and represent the principles of Scouting. During the meetings, the trainees form personal connections, are exposed to the cultures of other committees and even bridge the gaps that exist in Israeli society.

Educational rationale:

During the activity of circles of existence together, we strive to create mature, peace-loving Scouts who can deal with the various complexities of Israeli society. Adult Scouts who come from scout movements and organizations with an expanded basket of values, contribute to society, respect others regardless of religion, race and gender and even work for life together in Israel.

Objectives:

  1. Strengthening the connection and acquaintance between the youth representing the diversity of cultures and religions in Israel using Scouting activities, collaborations and joint meetings.
  2. Creating communication between the youth based on a common acquaintance of cultures, customs, lifestyles, communities and family.
  3. Building a broad and deep foundation for cooperation between members the youth of all Scout organizations in Israel in an effort to spread to all the youth living in Israel.
  4. To  establish a healthy and stable infrastructure that will enable in the future the transformation of Israeli society into a common life and "coexistence" through graduates of all Scout movements and organizations of the federation
